After a career in global sales, marketing and business development, working in senior positions for Schneider Electric and Siemens, Kevin started Your Growth Engine with the belief that marketing, when done right, is a growth engine for any business. In a customer-centric growth strategy, marketing supports the sales team this quarter, and lays the groundwork for sales next quarter and next year. Key features of the strategy target new customer acquisition and customer retention as measurable growth drivers. Kevin holds a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and BA from Miami University.

Primarily focused on top-line revenue growth for clients, Terri has achieved this through new market identification and execution, strategic planning, market analysis, and content creation.  Additionally, she has focused on voice of customer work, especially through customer satisfaction programs and client interviews.  Terri is a former Marketing Director for Sara Lee Personal Products Poland and began her career with a Chicago advertising agency; she holds a BA degree from Dartmouth College and MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Bernie has leveraged his expertise in management, marketing, and quality to help clients grow additional streams of revenue from new and existing channels.  Bernie is a former Vice President and officer of AT&T, where he successfully incorporated the principles of quality into the sales processes in the Central Region of the United States. Bernie’s experience at AT&T led him to co-author Quality is Personal: A Foundation for Total Quality Management, published by the Free Press, New York, 1993.  He holds a BS degree in Engineering from Purdue University and attended the Executive MBA Programs at Harvard University and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Karen has worked with clients to build additional revenue streams through a mix of competitive analyses, product development, and smart marketing. Specialties include: identifying potential new revenue streams, analyzing competitive landscapes, sizing market opportunities, and developing go-to-market plans/promotions. Previously, Karen held positions as Director of Business Development and Director of Creative Services at Topco Associates, a multi-billion dollar food company.  She holds a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
