After a career in global sales, marketing and business development, working in senior positions for Schneider Electric and Siemens, Kevin started Your Growth Engine with the belief that marketing, when done right, is a growth engine for any business.
In a customer-centric growth strategy, marketing supports the sales team this quarter, and lays the groundwork for sales next quarter and next year. Key features of the strategy target new customer acquisition and customer retention as measurable growth drivers.
Kevin holds a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a BA from Miami University. He holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Away from work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their four adult children. He is passionate about service work to address issues of food insecurity and education among poor communities. After all that, he finds time for a round of golf with the belief that he has yet to play his best golf.
Before joining YGE in 2022, Rich worked at Parker-Hannifin Corporation as Product Manager for IIoT & Smart Products. Prior to Parker, Rich held roles of increasing responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Channel Management, and Market Research assignments, including international project assignments, at Honeywell International, Inc.; and Numatics, Inc. (prior to being acquired by Emerson Electric).
Rich holds a global Master of Business Administration from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Michigan University. He also holds a Certificate in Open Innovation & Corporate Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
